Mission Statement:

We are an institution that is pleased to offer the central region of our country the service of a Bilingual Education in the levels of: Pre-School, Primary and Secondary, so that the children and youth can receive an integral education, where they can acquire current knowledge in a scientific way complemented with the dominium of the English as a second language, which is necessary in this competitive world.

Our Vision:

Being an Educational Center compromised with the total improvement of services provided to students in order to offer the best formation for children and young who desire to move onto upper levels of education. We wish them to become active participants in the construction of a developed, democratic and fair society.

History of the Institution:

The La Escuela Bilingüe Honduras is a private institution with residence in the city of Comayagua , founded in 1991 by a group of people concerned with the development of this city. For legal purposes they constituted themselves in an organization called SERVEDUC (Educational Services of Comayagua).

Present Reality:

The Escuela Bilingüe Honduras is located on the “Fourth Centennial” Boulevard of the city of Comayagua . It is currently operating in its own building inaugurated on August 23, 2001. This building satisfies all the necessary conditions for the development of the educational process required by modern teaching. It has 24 classrooms which are distributed among the three levels; each one of them conditioned with its own furniture according to the number of students. It also has its own library, video room, science laboratory and a sports court. As an additional subject to the school curriculum, we have implemented a computer class, supervised and assessed by FUTUREKIDS, from the pre-school level to Eleventh grade. Moreover, we have also implemented the class of French, certified by the French ALLIANCE, from Sixth to Eleventh grade.
